Which Caribbean islands have direct flights from Newark or New York ?

1. Puerto Rico. In this island there is an international airport. Usually when you want to travel to other Caribbean Islands you have to travel to Puerto Rico and then connect flights. Check which one is cheaper, if buying the whole tickets from US or buying only the one from NY to PR and once in PR check different smaller airlines and buy the tickets at the airport. 2. I assume you mean "nonstop" and not "direct" because those aren't the same thing. But most of the larger islands have nonstop service - Puerto Rico, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Aruba, Curacao, Grand Cayman, Bahamas, Antigua, St. Maarten, St. Thomas, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, Turks&Caicos, Barbados, and Trinidad. I think that's pretty much it but there might be a couple more...
